According to the latest data from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Airtel is one of the largest telecom operators in India and has the second largest market share when it comes to wireless subscribers. As of January 31, 2021, Airtel added 5.8 million new wireless subscribers, the highest among other major telecom operators in India, including Reliance Jio, Vodafone and BSNL. Airtel offers several services for its prepaid and postpaid customers, one of which is Caller Tune or as Airtel calls it – Hello Tunes. Like Caller Tunes, Hello Tunes allows your callers to listen to the music you choose until you answer their call, instead of a ringing tone.
Airtel customers will need Wynk Music App to set hello tune. It is to be noted that prepaid customers who have an unlimited plan will be able to set up Hello Tune for free.
